Really disappointed!I rushed to sallys after work on Saturday to buy some colour for a friend I was seeing that weekend... the only chance I had to get the colour needed..got there at 5:30 pm to find them closed and the member of staff at the till saying she was on her ownand needed to get away...They are meant to be open until 6pm!So inconvenient!You should really get more staff or change your opening times!!!

Terrible customer service, refused to refund for a faulty hair product. Do NOT shop here unless you have no where else to purchase your products.

Rude and arrogant manager, with zero communication skills and a dismissive hostile passive-aggressive attitude. Did not even provide a customer services number, but a US and Canada website when asked about complaints procedure - shame on you Sarah! It is a sheer miracle she made it to a customer services role, let alone being a manager. Anyways, the number found by a simple Google search and complaint passed to the district manager. Utter disgrace!

I just want to make it known that im giving the 1 star to the change in the store not the staff. having shopped at this particular store for many years i have seen it go through a few changes but none as bad as this. from what ive been told the store has changed management and i understand that covid has been hard on every company but this is just down right ridiculous. The very helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff are miserable and it is so horrific to see. From who i can assume is the new manager, as they have made no effort to converse with me, has an overall appearance of being bossy, selfish and rude no customer service and no people skills I dont understand how they got hired for a customer facing roll as they would be much better suited to a job on their own. Its painfully obvious that the staff are unhappy even though they do a good job at smiling through the misery and one very lovely lady who helped me with so many colour issues ive had with past clients has even left and when i asked why she told me it was due to the change in management0. i strongly advise anyone in higher management to get a grip on the situation soon before you loose more of the staff you are lucky to have working for you and we as customers are lucky to have at our disposal.

Contacted the Brighton store and Lydia was amazing. Picked up my mini GHD'S (cheapest anywhere) I had asked if store did gift wrap and Lydia "said leave it with me". Turned up to the most amazing parcel wrapped up. Fantastic customer service. Will be buying all my family and friends gifts here. Thank you.

Great place to buy up to date professional hair and nail beauty products in central Brighton. Excellent customer service and advice from all the girls. Miss Alex is very knowledgeable on hair products, she introduced me to Olaplex 6 this is an amazing leave in conditioner and tamer for any hair type but excellent for my type of frizzy, dry unruly dyed aging hair or any hair with humidity issues - I use it before styling on ends of hair and use it when hair is dry after styling. Hair just bounces and no frizzies. Check out all the other Olaplex products. Thank you girls for all the help and advice. Jx

Staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and attentive. You can see the Branch Manager at the Brighton store (sorry I didn't get her name) takes pride in her work and staff. I quite happily keep spending money in there as long as this stupid pandemic allows us to! Well done all the girls at Sally's ?

Horrific customer service! One extremely rude woman in particular is in dire need of some training on how to treat potential customers - either that or she needs a career change. This should be addressed by management immediately as she lost a £60 sale purely by her disgusting attitude. Do not visit here - spend your money elsewhere like we did! Do not recommend.

Pay absolutely no mind to the bad reviews on here- I went in on Monday to go and get some Crazy Colour hair dye, but unfortunately they were out of stock of my colour. The ladies i spoke to- i think were Kate and Ashlee? were so lovely, checking whether they would have my colour on their delivery the next day and talking me through how to get the longest lasting bright colour I wanted. They were so super helpful and lovely i could not recommend this store enough to everyone, whether you're a professional hair stylist or not.

Lovely, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I?m assuming the negative comments here are from people who are not in the trade. As Sally?s is essentially a trade store, we are very lucky to have one open to the public in Brighton. There?s only so far the staff can actually help you regarding recommendations for certain hair products. It would be incredibly unprofessional, and not to mention dangerous, for them to advise non-trained members of the public about dying/perming/chemically straightening their hair with these industry grade products. Or even advising on professional standard waxing or nails. That?s why people need a qualification and years of training and experience to carry out these procedures. I?d like to thank the staff for their unwavering professionalism in advising trade customers and dealing with demanding members of the public who constantly take exception to the fact they can?t just be told in 5 minutes how to carry out complicated and often dangerous procedures at home. The staff in your Brighton store are a credit to your company.
