Shocking service by the lady!! Too busy on the mic to give a monkeys or to even say hello!! But quite happy to ask for the money!!! Sounded like she was having a lovely conversation slagging someone off!!!

Used to love this store - staff are always welcoming and friendly, have always put a smile on my face even on a bad day
But recently this place has really gone downhill! All these new changes are confusing and unnecessary. Everything?s been rearranged, they?ve gotten rid of the cheap produce, prices have gone up so much I can barely afford anything anymore
I?d rather walk up the hill to ASDA!!

Almost no vegan options (Jogurt, cheese, meat replacements are not available at this store) staff extremely unfriendly! I live opposite and go there all the time for some last minute groceries - you?re lucky if they say hello or thank you. Most of them don?t even look up - one girl was chatting with her colleague on the headset not interacting with me at all besides saying how much I owe - if I wouldn?t live right across I avoid this store. Not happy and worst Sainsbury I know and been to.

Open more than Asda up the road, always has stacked shelves, friendly staff and low que times. Cash machine is a plus.
