You need to keep eye on your uber orders I placed an order through uber for some shopping from your store it?s been an hour and a half and it hasn?t even been picked by one of your colleagues! Not 1 green tick next to my items you haven?t even bothered and it has my child?s pack lunch stuff in this order for tomorrow!

I shop here most days and they have a really good selection of fruit,veg, meats etc. Lots of veggie and vegan items and a good range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Everything is great quality. However, not really much selection in comparison to other stores and there were no Christmas tins of biscuits or tubs of sweets etc. They took nectar prices off before Christmas which is a scam. £129 and I literally had nothing to show for it and I'm a savvy shopper.
If you look even remotely different though, be warned, security will follow you round like you are a shoplifter even if you shop there all the time which for someone with autism, can be really quite upsetting. I look awkward generally but it doesn't mean I'm stealing, haha. Also, when people do actually steal things, they just film them and let them leave, so I'm not sure what their purpose is for the most part! They stopped my mum today so it must run in the family!
They mostly have self check out here or smart shop. The smart shop option is always mega fast and they have great nectar deals if you sign up.
Nectar points take ages to add up though to any reasonable amount so not overly sure it's worth it other than the lower cost on selected items.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Second time order wasnt delivered in time slot promised, no agent for support. Left in the dark without any idea if order will be actually delivered.

Was walking outside of the Sainsbury?s and a van was parked on the pedestrian pavement opposite the store so we went to walk round the side of it, then a staff member rudely and aggressively shouted at us to walk round the other side of it for some reason? There was no signage or anything prompting this so what did she expect. As we walked past she gave us a very disrespectful look as if we?d just committed a crime.
