The worst supermarket. Empty shelves, dirty and messy and be aware they don't sell any alcohol. I've been 2 days ago there and a supervisor told me. Better don't go to inside.

It?s closed at 7.15am when it?s ment to be open at 7am! Was a complete waste of my time now I?m gonna have to go back out at 8am just to make sure slacking staff have opened up the store they ment to open an hour ago ! Happened on the 29th august 2024

Discourteous, unprofessional staff that are usually talking and giggling into their headsets while restocking shelves at this grimey Sainsbury's that has a limited selection and lacks a regular clean.

Waited almost ten minutes for service and the staff member would not scan my items, only running the tobacco i purchased through the till, and so I had to join the queue for the self-service. Also noticed the same staff member accessing Spotify on his phone, despite no music playing in the shop, but he was wearing a headset... occured on 28/7/24 around 18:25. Hope head office checks these reviews. :)

I found this store very useful, personally. it certainly had everything i needed for a quick stirfry and drinks- it also seems to have a good selection of lunch options and even had wrapping paper and seasonal items- i think for the space allowed, they have good selection of essentials- also wheelchair access via an inside ramp with metal bars.

I am a Sainsbury?s shopper. Always have been. But this store is really depressing. It?s absolutely filthy for a start, grimy everything. The floors, gungy. The checkouts are smeared with crusty residue. I?m surprised the store doesn?t get failed for food hygiene. The staff are really glum and unfriendly and it just has a really unloved feel to it. Makes the Tesco express over the road feel positively luxurious, and I?m not a Tesco person.

Small range but usually enough for small top up shops. SmartShop doesn?t work in this store on the app though, and you only spent this at the tills so rather a waste of time

I have been harassed by an Arab security guard working at this shop . He was blocking the way out by putting his body in front of me for no reason and asked questions trying to engage in conversation with me. He stared at me with anger and stopped me without my consent and for no reasonWill report it to the police as hate crime
