I can't rate this pharmacy highly enough. They go above and beyond and always make you feel heard, understood and cared for. They've helped so many members of our family, all of whom needed special care and they got it. Including my premature baby. Absolutely brilliant, necessary local service. 20 stars ?

Had ear problems. just popped in was diagnosed with wax blockages, opted to pay to sort it out had a quick clean then used some drops went back 2 days later cleared.!!!!excellent service lovely staff well recommended. ?

Following temporary deafness in one ear after going swimming, the Pharmacist checked my ear & said I needed microsuction. The problem was so acute that I had to have 4 sessions in the end, all of which was covered in the initial cost. He wouldn't give up on the treatment until it was sorted. Highly recommended if you are having ear problems which the local surgery wont treat anymore.

Live in Peacehaven but our usual pharmacy was having difficulty sourcing a particular drug. Surgery sent the Prescription to Healthy U Pharmacy who firstly gave me a call and then delivered the medication the next day. Wonderful service? thank you

I am so pleased my mum is with this pharmacy, as the service she receives is exceptional. An example was today, where she had her prescription delivered just two hours after her GP prescribed it! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they all deserve 5 stars and more!

I was explaining about my eye pain and the lady behind the counter (a tall one) kept talking over me (quite rudely). I tried to explain about a cream i was using and she kept interrupting me so she didn't hear what the cream was. At the end she asked me; "are you using any specific cream". Well, if she would had listened to my explanation, she would had heard what i was already using. It's the first time i see her and i don't like her. The rest of the staff is 5 stars.
