Lou is amazing !!! He honestly is the kindness and most helpful staff and this isn?t to say the other staff aren?t equally amazing just Lou the last couple days has gone above and beyond. My go to place always... The quality is awesome... Excellent varieties of mens wear, women wear, accessories.. huge store with loads of options .. in accessories they have shoes, belts, socks, perfumes ( signature perfume being best).... great service too...

Visited the Churchill Square store today and wanted to say what exceptional service we had from a member of staff, Peter (I hope that was his name) who helped my daughter find some baggy jeans. He went out of his way to understand what she liked and his knowledge of the styles was great. He was lovely and so helpful. Cool beans!

It's a good store but like a lot of stores don't hv or even if they do Don't have a Petite range. Also most stores have elongated their trousersSo an extra 2ins.is quite a lot !!

For an expensive and stylish shop your staff members does not mach up.Cashier's face like she has to serve custommers,if you don't like this job than quit. Yound prety girls alway judging other shoppers,and thats not nice.
