DO NOT order any parcels to this store. I ordered a parcel here, Amazon said it had been delivered. Went to pick it up and the member of staff on the till was extremely unfriendly and impolite from the get go. My parcel wasn't there so I politely said that Amazon said it had been delivered and was greeted by 'did you not just see me look it's not here' - may I add that my order was meant to be in an Amazon locker and their received items were strewn across the top of a fridge. He literally angrily threw items to one side when he was looking the first time and did not look properly. I was absolutely shocked at how rude he was, I work in retail and would never behave this way in front of a customer. I honestly felt intimidated and I had to leave without my parcel and get a replacement from Amazon. DO NOT GO HERE.

I set for my parcel to be sent here, as recommended by the website. Called them when it was expected, they said I needed to wait until there was a package received message (completely understand that but...)....turns out they declined it and sent it back to sender!!! It was a new phone and now I am without a phone when I need it for my job! The staff have not been helpful either! As a little shop it is fine
