I've only ever ordered online, I always get the rice bowl with citrus chicken, onions, gherkins, pomegranate, olives, etc etc.
I basically get sent a bowl of rice with barley any chicken or any of the other things I ordered in the bowl.
I really like the food, but you must have someone who works their who several rations the toppings.
It's happened at least 3 times now, and I'm going to stop ordering, as I'm not paying for a bowl of mainly rice.
Please tell whoever.is doing this to stop, you will lose customers.

Very disappointing experience with Posh Pita.
I ordered two steak pitas and sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, everything was cold and the fries were soggy. The pitas were unbelievably small ? more like child-sized burgers ? and there was barely any meat inside.
The steak was also very tough and chewy. I had to chew each bite for around five minutes just to be able to swallow it.
I paid around £30 including delivery for two tiny pitas and some soggy fries. For that price, I expected a decent, filling meal, but this was nowhere near worth the money.
I was extremely disappointed. Please don't be misled by the positive reviews and think this will be a good-value meal. Based on my experience, I definitely would not order from here again.

Nice concept, alright food, steak was super chewy? but jheez it?s pricey for what it is. Ended up paying £30 for two pitas, chips and a drink. Bit of a rip off.

First of all- delicious food! Such a great variety and sooo reasonably priced! They're always warm and flavourful (and I recommend getting the meal deal it's very worth it!)
The staff are always very attentive and friendly and I've been there at least 4 times and I've always had a lovely experience! Tastes best as a takeaway at the beach :)

All in all.... Great.
Food was fresh. Service is great. Pita was next level food.
Lovely to just sit there at watch the sea and life pass by.

This place started off really well, but then they raised their prices and started taking quality items off of their menu and it?s just become average as a result. I would advise them to readd double citrus chicken and now feta as an option?

Went in about 7pm only two customers at that point.
The self order system was way to large and confusing and after about 30 minutes of ordering for 5 people it stopped working. Went to the tills to order and their machine stopped working. Staff were clearly over worked with only 2 people on trying to take orders and having to apologise as they tried to get the system working, leaving only one person to food prep.
After all that hassle we finally ordered and after 10 minutes we were told that they had run out of potatoe fries, the food came in 15 minute batches so some of us had finished by the time the rest had their food delivered.
At one point one of our party went to Burger king came back with an order and we were still waiting.
Staff were trying their hardest but loosing the battle.
Never again.
Food was very nice. TBH by the time we got ours, I'm not sure if it was the quality or hunger that led us to this conclusion.

Walked past this place on our way to our hotel and turned back to go in. What a great place! Staff were lovely explained what I could have and what my kids might like, very friendly. Ordered on their screens but then as they made it they confirmed my choice which was great. Went in yesterday at about 3-4 and found it so nice to find staff that actually went out of their way to talk to customer, such a chance in this modern world. Food was great really tasty, wish we had this back home as would be in every day!

Absolutely fantastic food located right on the Brighton Seafront. The staff was so friendly and helpful answering my questions about the menu and giving recommendations on what fits best together. The food was fantastic, super healthy and fresh. It is prepared right in front of you. Also, the main area was super clean, I could see the staff keeping up with the cleaning on down time. I really enjoyed having my lunch and staring out at the ocean. I will be recommending this to all my friends! Great Job staff!

food is very fresh and delicious, an amazing healthier alternative to other places. the restaurant and bathroom is very clean with super friendly and helpful staff, 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!

Utterly delicious and nutritious. I wish there was one in Birmingham! The crispy pitta was gorgeous and all the fillings too.

There's no doubt the food is tasty and fresh, the staff just made an error in customer service today, they forgot two ingredients and rather than remake the pitta they just gave as two sides, surely if we are choosing the combination of ingredients together to create the flavours then this is their service commitment?
