Very bad. The website is so bad do not order. It asks for your POSTCODE and when you order it said it?s for delivery. However when you go to pay it changed to collection and when you phone up to explain they say they ?can?t refund it? for policy?s and that we have to sort it out ourselves. The business needs to take responsibility for their mistake on their OWN website.

Terrible!
I went to collect twice, and both times they forgot to add the Italian herbs, when I let them know the herbs were missing they replied with "what herbs?" so I had to specify from the ones they have it was the italian ones and show it from the pizza description on Papa John's website
Very greasy
I have no idea why they have to close the branch in Peacehaven. The manager and the pizzas were I believe how Papa John's should be.
These 2 last visits have put me off and won't bother buying Papa John's any more

worst customer service ive ever come across ? completely ignored i was there and saying 'excuse me' like 6 times while they were walking right past me. handed my pizza to the wrong people. and they got my order wrong?

most bland pizza I?ve ever had, the dough is tasteless and needs salt and same with the sauce, and the pepperoni is not fatty or flavoursome it?s just chewy. Even after salting and putting some olive oil + hot sauce on it was still bad?

The service is absolutely disgusting, every one is super rude, there is this specific lady with a hijab and red top, out of the 6 people working there she has the nasties attitude in the whole shop, I wouldn?t recommend anyone buying from this shop specially if you have darker skin and come from Anywhere in Africa or the Caribbean. Although no matter where you are from chances are you will still receive the worst service of your life. I have seen people walk in with a smile and leave infuriated.. AVOID THIS SHOP

Driver either stole my order or gave it to the wrong address. No way to contact them and I have to email head office to ask for a refund. Never ordering from this store again.

Resorting to 3rd party delivery drivers who refuse to deliver. Was a good place when they had their own drivers but obviously "cost saving" has forced them to stop that.

Pizza's are good but service appalling.
Obnoxious, ignorant, rude, blarsê. Could hear server on phone while I was waiting to be served then she came out with phone talking to friend.....
I had to keep opening and closing the door so the buzzer would go off in order to annoy the server to actually come out to acknowledge me.... A big dirty look when she did come out.....

Driver stole our order & the shop didn?t think that was worth telling us. Had to call them to find out. Staff are really rude and honestly useless. Took emailing customer services to get a refund.

Placed an order on Uber eats at 1PM. It's now 5PM and still no food. Phoned up Papa Johns, the manager was rude as anything. The User driver must have ate the food on the way or something, so re-ordered the food.. Was undercooked, and was manky. Not ordereding from here, used to be a good place, not anymore.
