Went into the shop to buy jasmine face cream , definite sale(2xjars ) to be told we?re shut ?.. and ushered out 5.02 ?as a business owner , very bad customer service . No opening times visible.Poor show, disappointing, will not be back . !!!!

Love their products, smell amazing ... Ordered some products but was missing 1 item, contacted them via their web chat and was helped straight away. Replacement was sent out and received it within 2 days, very good customer service.

Excellent quality soaps, toiletrie, essential oils and the likes with the very highest environmental & ethical standards. If you know anyone who insists on this like my Mum who wouldn't touch anything from even nice shops like Marks & Spensers or Infinity Foods then this is the place! Presently they are wrapping things up beautifully (it's Christmas time). This is a bar of soap and bottle of 'foaming bath' (whatever that is) I brought for her today...

Very, very disappointed - made a substantial order via the shop - nearly £200 - and I had to pay postage!! There is a mistake with the order - I have been trying for several days to remedy this - left countless messages on the answer phone but no response - cannot follow up as no order number included - just a hand written receipt! Needed the order urgently to send overseas - do not recommend this shop and definitely not their customer service .Even with covid restrictions surely after several days my call could be returned?

Cold staff members which is weird considering they aren?t young girls. You would expect a great customer service from those ladies and especially in a shop like that. Makes me feel uncomfortable to go there. No hello, no approaching customer, you have to go and ask for help and also they talk to you like you are wasting their time as asking questions unless you buy straight away same second of coming through the door. I get treated with better customer service in cheeper shops by youngesters. When they are busy with unpacking deliveries they don?t take notice of you whatsoever. Both my friend and myself had this experience in this shop.They also don?t ever pick up their phone. That?s before lockdown and after. Shopping only online. Will never go to the shop again. Shame cause I love the products. Cold and up nose customer service. Making this pretty shop feel very unease.
