I had to sort out my account here today. It was not a straightforward piece of business, but Violet was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly as well. She was superb and deserves to be commended on her customer service. A very big 'thank you' to her for the way she dealt with us.

i went into here after experiencing quite a frightening event. nothing to do with the bank itself but this lovely lady working at the front comforted me, got me water and helped me call my mum and i just wanted to say thank you to that lady. it was so very sweet of her to take time out of her work to make sure i was alright. thank you :)

Number of cash machines just as you go in the store on your left hand side. There are also a couple outside. Convenient location being on the main road down from the station to the seafront.
