They missed some items on a delivery, they asked for a paper recipt that they never gave so I never got compensated, just sucks really I think it could have been resolved maybe if they responded earlier ,but they responded the next day asking for a pic of the food items we got... the morning after the night we had our dinner.

I have been coming here for years, and the food used to be of top quality. Recently, it has lost its high standard. I ordered a takeaway. The service and atmosphere were good, but the food is no longer made to the same quality. The chicken was extremely dry, and the liver was just as bad. I wouldn?t call that what was given, Nando?s livers as I make better livers myself. I don't think some of the grillers actually know what they're doing. The food definitely needs some improvement.

Ordered from the table using the app and food wasn't delivered for more than 25 mins and then some of the dishes were wrong.
Table was sticky and rocked constantly and the toilets were disgusting with no soap.
Clearly something has gone very wrong at this Nando's since our last visit

I came here with my family for a meal and it was my first time ever going to nandos and it was great, very good customer service - we had to wait for a table but it was 2-3 mins and they have us menus so we were ready to order once gaining our seat. It came in super quick time and the food was soooo nice and eveyone enjoyed it. Will definitely need to come back to nandos soon again! I reccomend the pitta which is what I had but im sure all is nice . The pasta as a side option is very very good idea
Dietary restrictions: They asked if any allergies or anything beforehand - we didn?t have any but just if u do they ask
Parking: Quick 2 min walk on the marina , free.

Nandos has sadly deteriorated...long waiting to be seated and extra long waiting for food. Used to be one of my favourite spots to eat, sadly this is now changing. Food quality going down too.

Pathetic when you ruck up at a waterfront restaurant in a busy marina at 9pm at the height of the holiday season facing dozens of available tables, only to be told that no new seatings are being taken, only online orders and delveries! What kind of business model gives preference to the internet over real bums-on-seats people who have travelled to this prominent very visible so-called 'restaurant', and would spend generously if given the chance. If you are a moped-driven deliveroo joint, don't pretend to be anything other. Nor should the shameful management here front this announcement by hapless, apolgetic school-leavers. Whoever was in charge should have had the courage of their limited aspirations and come out and apologised personaly. We were not the only couple in the queue to be turned away. Thank goodness Wetherspoons (half the price and also offerring peri-peri) were more than happy to welcome us with friendly and rapid service. My first attempt at Nandos, it will be my last. When we walked back from the Wetherspoons, Nandos were still blazing away with staff inside. Whats the pointOver-hyped style over substance yet again. Modern life eh?

Perfect service, delicious food and quiet atmosphere. The only problem is that it is a little expensive but the quantity solves that problem. 100% recommend
