Errr well, not there best store, very rough, parking is a massive bonus, spend 10 pounds and get your parking back at till. You won't get all the usual deals, as its centre of Brighton... its OK for lo also and students,and day tripped wanting to get a picnic together

July 2025. Leaking freezers and fridges, frozen produce melted. Poor selection of products and what is there is not inspiring. Massive queue for tills stretched to back of store. The staff are friendly though.

Highly convenient supermarket in the heart of Brighton near the seafront. Very handy for getting food, drink and picnic items for the beach. Has a separate section for getting sandwiches and meal deal type food to compliment main shop.

Morrisons Brighton.
Parking was a minimum of £2.50 for 1 hour. Shocking. I won't be going there again.
I know Brighton has parking issues but that is appalling as I had to nip in and was only 10mins

No carrier bags visible at the self check-out. I approached a gaggle of teenage employees to ask for help, was ignored while they chatted to each other and eventually gave up. Had to leave my basket of shopping. Hopeless supermarket.

Horrible customer service from Nick, which was working this morning at the fish section. I asked for the salmon?s head and spine to be removed, nothing complicated. As many of your colleagues have done for me over the years.
Rude individual that put me off to return in this shop where I have been a client for the last 18 years!! If you have a bad day or you don?t want to be at work, just don?t come in Nick.
I have left all my shopping behind, because of how you treated a paying customer. Embarrassing treatment! Morrison teach your staff how to treat your clients!

Misleading Information on Parking Refund
Disappointed to find that the parking refund instructions at the store were incorrect. The signage clearly stated one type of ticket was eligible for a refund, only for customer service to later deny it and say it was the other one. This isn?t just a minor slip?it?s confusing and wastes people?s time. Morrisons, please sort out your signage. Customers shouldn?t need a decoder ring just to park and shop.
