All great until you buy a car. After you've bought it you basically don't exist. I had an issue with my car, after 4 emails, multiple texts and at least 20 calls within a 3 month period I have still not heard back from all the managers and salesmen promising that they would call back. I am seriously appalled by their treatment and would never recommend this branch to anyone.

Prior to buying a car, I'd visited a few dealers and didn't feel comfortable with any of the cars I'd seen, nor with the salesmen I'd spoken with. I decided to visit Mercedes in Brighton and had an appointment with Carl Herrington. After our initial appointment, I had doubts about whether I would go ahead and replace my car however, Carl was simply amazing. He kept in contact with me without being pushy. From our first appointment he had clearly understood what my requirements were and he was actively looking for a car that ticked all the boxes for me. He did all the hard work, found me a great car, I was happy with the deal we agreed and before I knew it I was on the way to collect it. He is an asset to the company and I hope his fantastic work will be well rewarded. Thank you for all your help, Carl!

Went to Mercedes to buy an SLC, the salesman James Gautrey was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was nervous and he instilled confidence in me, the process was really fun and I learned a lot. And he makes a wicked coffee! Would highly recommend.

Dealt with Deborah who was very friendly and welcoming and made sure we had all the right answers so my dad could go away with the car he wanted. Only person to give us wrong information was one of the male sales executives at the end telling us it was a legal requirement to provide car charging cables with electric cars it isn?t (lucky work in EV charging so know this is not true)! Deborah was a credit to her team.

I bought my first Mercedes from this dealership 25years ago since when I have been hooked on the brand. The quality and reliability of the vehicles has been 100% and this has always been backed up and maintained by their service department who always perform with characteristic and empathetic efficiency. Taking a vehicle there is a very pleasant experience with no nasty financial shocks courtesy of an MB service care plan [ highly recommended], always very good coffee, and personal attention and care throughout from Neil Hamilton, the service team manager, great team and great service. We dealt with Matt who sold us our car. He did rush us and explained everything clearly helping us to get the best deal for what we were looking for. If we were to buy a car again I'd definitely speak to him. The Brighton branch has good links to other Mercedes so worth the drive if you live further away.

I used the collection and delivery for my car service today. I had a last minute change of plans and needed the car back earlier than anticipated. Mercedes Brighton were so accommodating and did their upmost to keep me updated throughout the service (the videos of the inspection were also a nice touch) and rang me to confirm they could get the car back to me by the time I needed. I am so impressed - thank you :)

I wanted some help understanding the details of my service repair plan. I popped in in a hurry and a lovely member of staff helped me out with patience and respect. I was confused by some of the jargon but she was so wonderfully helpful, thank you so much.I think her name was Sam Lansdale or something similar. Anyway, an excellent member of staff who should be commended for her exemplary customer service.

I have just bought a used Mercedes from this dealership and found the whole experience exceptional. The car was reasonably priced and was presented in mint condition. The saleman, Matt, greeted me upon arrival and made me feel at home straight away (with coffee, biscuits and water). His knowledge of the car could not be faulted and he extremely helpful in explaining features of the car in a way that anyone would be able to understand. He came with me on the test drive which normally I wouldn't prefer, but it meant that he could answer any questions straight away (and I had a few questions!). Although he was obviously busy, he took the time to go over the paperwork and did everything necessary to complete the sale as painlessly possible for me - even those things that a lot of garages would have said that I needed to do myself (such as transfer private number plates and tax the new vehicle online). He did not make me feel rushed at any point.I would recommend this garage to anyone, and if you go you should ask for Matt!

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming ?pushy salesmen.? And then? they don?t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don?t try to ?push? anything on you. They?re helpful. They listen. They?re accommodating. That was my experience with John Dudeney.From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, John was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. So much so I was prepared to travel down from Northeast England to pick the vehicle up from Brighton and drive back home.It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect!Amazing service at the service department! Especially from Neil Hamilton.
