Very nice- although there was one lady who?s face jus seemed unbothered , as if she hates her job and customer service wasn?t her thing. But food was really good and the place was clean

I?ve been in this Mcdonalds and also ordered from it. Both experiences were pretty terrible. Waiting times, food quality, and then lids being put on wrong and causing spills.

Waiting for 30 to 40 minutes just to eventually come up to the counter and hear that they weren't about to serve my order as it just disappeared off the screen. Had to reorder. Also, burgers are half empty

I waited an hour for McDelivery, paid a mandatory service fee for my food which was apparently delivered but did not arrive, despite my address being correct with detailed instructions on where to deliver. The McDonalds app provides no option to make a complaint/ state that my order was not fulfilled. Delivery sounds great until you realise you?re paying extra for mediocre food that may or may not arrive.
