absolutely fuming took my little sister to get her ears pierced and the piercer did the dots way to low so I corrected her and she re did the dots we was happy with and we had two different piercers do it and the other piercer did it in the right whole but the piercer who did the dots didn't pierce it in the place we asked so how my little sister has two wonky piercings absolutely livid DO NOT GO TO LOVISA !!!!!

Messed my daughters ear piercing up. It's done in the wrong place.. but it also to low that it is making the hole to big and causing discomfort.

Received ear rings as a present, box was never opened and I tried to return with the receipt but they said no exchanges or refunds. Terrible policy to try shift their terrible Jewellery more.

One of the most unkind and horrible experiences I have ever encountered. People working for Lovisa are generally horrible. I don?t know why, but it doesn?t hurt to look after your workers.However, this store specifically on Brighton has made me feel utterly rude for no apparent reason. Just for asking a basic customer question, I have been given attitude and unfriendliness from the staff for no reason. They have treated me like I?m an illiterate and treated me like I do not understand English just for my skin tone. Which is shocking because my experiences in Brighton are generally welcoming and lovely but this store specifically needs to sort them selves out if not be shut down, since usually the business is running low anyways. I wonder why that is the case. I will not recommend going, if you are looking for jewellery consider going to the lanes or the open market, that?s my piece of advice.

Had my ears pierced about 6 months ago. Didn?t get infected or anything but they pierced my ears way too low so now the house has ripped all the way through. i didn?t catch it on anything at all it just ripped due to the hole being too low so i wouldn?t recommend

Cheap earrings the backs fell off and they bent and broke first time of wearing them. Avoid this attractive looking shop with cheap tat.

I got my second ear piercing here not long ago. The staff were so nice and made me feel very comfortable. I cleaned it 2-3 times a day but unfortunately about two weeks after i got it done my ear swelled up in my sleep got infected and the piercing went inside my ear and I had to take it out! So I did feel like I wasted my money as I only had my piercing for two weeks but both my sisters are perfect so I guess it depends on how your ear reacts. But overall the piercings are lovely and so are the staff!

Went in to get my ears pierced for the first time today after putting it off for decades because of a needle phobia. Danni was super patient and nice about it, and it didn't even hurt that much!! Piercing and aftercare spray included in the price of the studs, can't recommend enough ?

Its 2.30. Tuesday. Pre Christmas time. Churchill Square closes at 6pm. I'm waiting outside Lovisa Churchill Square for the last half an hour or more & they are closed. Its mentioned nowhere that the shop gets closed during lunch hour. I'm coming from office to purchase something urgent for tonight. If I would have known that they are closed at this busy hour, I wouldn't have come in the first place. That's a kind of harassment for customer. A staff opp Lovisa laughs saying - its sometimes closed for an hours & half even in the busiest day. How pathetic customer service. Many customers like me are waiting & then heading for another shop. You MUST mention here, on the shutter & on the net that 'we take break for unlimited hours for lunch & nap'.
