I phoned Lloyds Pharmacy Rottingdean on Monday, yesterday,( it took me 28 tries, before I got through), and requested a delivery for my client's prescription. I am his live in carer, and was not able to pick it up myself. I was told I would have to pay £6 for the delivery, which I did. I was told it would be delivered sometime this morning. It did not arrive this morning, so I phoned the pharmacy again, this time it took me 31 tries before I got through, at 2pm.. I was told that it had been forgotten. When I asked if it could be delivered this afternoon, I was told no. I then asked for it to be delivered tomorrow morning early. Again, I was told that there was no guarentee..WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!
