this store was not open AGAIN on monday morning until gone 10!! shame as i had a big job that morning for a client that was delayed by hours as the shop was shut, once the shop was open I was able to speak to the store manager (sorry did not catch his name) and another kiddie who explained that the mistake that morning was due to staff illness, which is understandable but why was this issue not seen to earlier, peoples jobs are at stake here! something must be done urgently or else im sure me and many others would not mind taking our businness round the corner to brewers!!!!!

Closed during advertised hours, with no explanation. Wasted trip and means we can't decorate this weekend as we needed something from them specifically. Frustrating

This store has recently gone downhill after the manager left. They treat staff like rubbish and don't even have prices on the shelves, they just make it up on the spot. Just go Brewers instead, just behind, clearer pricing and better knowledge. The new guy obviously has never held a paint brush in his life.
