Wow Wow Wow!! I have never treated myself to Jo Malone before but on Friday I popped into this branch. Customer service was amazing and I was also treated to lots of samples and a goodie bag! I even got the letter N on my bottle as it?s my first purchase!Thank you for making this such a lovely experience, I adore my new perfume!!

Bad customer serviceI came here with my boyfriend 2 weeks ago to find him a cologne for his birthday because I really liked Jo Malone.The service was bad. Staff ignored us and treated us as we couldn't afford the products.We bought 1 big sized cologne anyway but seriously I will never return to this store for this kind of experience. So disappointed.

The lady who served me was so kind and friendly, she had short black hair, I purchased a perfume and she spent some time talking to me about the new ranges they have coming into store. Great service.

Poor customer service from Brighton store on Monday. Hard to believe that when trying to spend £200 plus in the shop a complete lack of customer service or assistance. Clearly he was not interested in being there.Will not return to this store

I remebered the wonderful scent which staff sprayed on my gift box when i bought candle for someone. And i bought it duty-free last week. Nice service connects to another purchase in Jo Malone. Appreciate her

Don't bother going in to the Brighton store as the male assistant is rude and ridiculous...told me not to touch anything in store while wearing a dirty face mask on himself...

We had a lovely experience at Jo Malone in Brighton. The staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly especially Jimmy, he is so delightful and always smiling. I recommend that everyone should visit the Jo Malone shop in Brighton it?s an experience not to be missed.

I like it here! So creative for making perfume to be used as one scent or you can mix it with different scents. The store open Mon-Sat 9:30am-6:00pm and Sun 11:00am-5:90pm.
