The girl that works there did a manicure for me. I thought she was rude with how she spoke to me but I ignored it.
Next day the nails started to peel off so I contacted her and she asked me to go that same day evening to fix them. She was again rude, her attitude is like if she doesn?t want to work, she also blamed me for the nails to be peeling off. I had them done in other places for years and I had never had the same issue.
I ended up asking for my money back, because of her attitude towards me. She said she had not offered me a refund, just fixing them. I said ok then, but after minutes she changed her mind and offered me the money back.
I asked her to please get rid of the faulty nails for me, she said no. That that was time for her and that she wasn?t going to do it. I told her that her manners were awful and that I?ll never be back there, plus I?ll be writing a review. She said she didn?t care.
I feel that a place that offers these type of services should make people feel good, beautiful and relaxed. It was totally the opposite for me, I?ll never go there again.

I have travelled all over the place to get my nails done for the last 10 years, this is by far my favourite nail salon ever !!!! The lady doesn't use a drill and has strengthened my nails immensely. I always thought i had weak nails until I came here.Even if you don't come here, please never let anyone use a drill on your nails again!!!!

Lovely salon, they squeezed us in so we could get our nails done in time for our holiday. The girl was super friendly with my 6 year old. Really happy with the outcome.

This place doesn't even deserve a quarter star. Shockingly unprofessional conduct! Would never ever recommend anyone who doesn't want to risk their life.The treatment people get here, is terribly worst. As a customer, you're free to give feedback or ask them rectify the service they're giving. But Manager (Floriana, Romanian girl) will threaten u for giving this feedback.It's like asking dentist, teeth isn't fixed correct so he will pluck your tooth. Yes! This is exactly what happened with us, when we asked them nail filing isn't done correct, then she took nail cutter and forcefully pulled my hand to cut the nail, i was complaining about. I had the gel extension with nail art yesterday on 31st May'22 at Jessi's nail spa. Floriana (I'm sorry if I am writing the wrong spelling) did my nails and I loved it. But... She was very rude and misbehaved with my friend.????????My friend was asking for good shape nails and different colours if you can provide. She was paying you for nails service so she can ask anything that she would like. But instead of solving her issue Florina jumped out of the chair with a nail cutter and tried to cut her nail, it could have hurt her.I was very shocked and scared. This is very unprofessional behaviour. If your customer asks you for something you should provide that service or if it's not in your hand just be humble and say we can't provide you that.I am not sure why she was so rude and in her very bad behaviour. I am not an aggressive kind of person, that's why I didn't say anything yesterday but that was very unprofessional and rude behaviour.I will never recommend anyone from this nail service and that's why you are getting 1 star for being so rude.

Had my nails done at Jessi's nails yesterday!This is my 2nd visit and I'm really happy with the service they offer.The salon is immaculate and the 2 members of staff are polite, friendly and very professional.They take their time to make sure your nails look perfect without using chemicals and drills - better for my nails and better for the environment!I'm hoping I can share a couple of photos because my nails look fab!I highly recommend! :)Service: Manicure
