Wonderful service! They were very busy but the young man was fantastic. He was very attentive despite having other customers and ensured I was happy. It's a shame I didn't ask for his name so I could mention it and he could receive the praise he deserves. If you need all black vans hi-tops in junior, definitely use this store!

Most of the staff here are very helpful and we always get great deals when the trainers are on sale. Some time JD works out cheaper than the other sports retails in town. I've purchased trainers here that are more expensive over at Sports Direct.

Took ages to get someone to help me properly. Otherwise it was alright. Not the best service going.

Can?t believe how rude the staff is. Just return my item and she make me waiting for so long but not forget chatting. When I asking her should I using contactless now, she still chatting with her friends not even bothering answer customer?s question. Rudest staff ever experience.

I like the new location of the JD Sports at Churchill Square Shopping Centre in Brighton and it?s almost twice as busy as going to Primark.\\n\\nGiving it 5 stars and a solid 8.5 out of 10.

Staff were rude. OK the shop was busy but I've been in busier JD sports and had much better service. Over 10 minute wait for the trainers I ask for then they we're the wrong size had to wait another 10 minutes for them to get changed to the right size. Then had to queue again to pay for them. No apologies manners cost nothing. I left not wanting to go back. Such a shame.

The worst customer service of all shops in Brighton. But what can you expect from teenagers..?

JD Sports' main location in Brighton is located in Churchill Square, being one of the main stores opposite Western Road, from the outside the modern glass 'JD' makes the store look cool and modern, but the rest of the store including the entrrance in the mall is far from that. The store is over multiple floors which is rather unconmon for JD branches, accesser through a narrow escalator or a mobility service lift which looks probably even worse: It looked dark, gloomy, frightning, offputting, like it was there for being the cheapest option, not the best option. The staff members seemed disintetested, congregating around the tills and talking to each other which I didn't like. A tale of two halfs in the case of this store, they really do need to look at possibly refurbishing the store to give it the modern, real JD Sports format the majority of stores have as right now it seems to be stuck inbetween the old logo branches (really bad) in the likes of Oldham and W12 London, and the new modern branches in nearly every major city and mall from Manchester to Meadowhall. 2* - Some good products, a nice brand and visually appealing store from the outside but definitely in need of refurb and customer service improvements.

Definitely don't go there to buy trainers for running! I was told they supply trainers for fashion ha

Top marks goes to the small young lady with dark plaited hair (didn't get her name) who really helped us today in the refund queue and other people too! Always happy and keeps busy...a real credit to JD sports and should have early promotion.

ordered some 97's and returned them to the store because it came in the wrong colour. There was just 4 members of staff staring at us, tryna figure what we wanted to do at the till while we just wanted to exchange them. They said they'll ship out the shoes i didn't want next day, its been 3 weeks and I've only just learnt they sent them out yesterday. I've called a lot of times, and I've just been hung up on. I've been having to wait nearly a month just to get a pair of shoes. great

I honestly thought that I was just getting old and that the music was too loud, a cacophony of cheap pop, rap and ska but when my 15 year old turned to me and said that his, 'head hurt, can we go?' it was only the fear of his being reprimanded for arriving at school empty footed that made me complete the purchase. Despite the store staff needing earplugs it did not effect their ability to serve us shoes with as much skill as McDonalds staff serving chips! If you are serious about sport and having the right shoes for running - don't bother! But if you like to wear trainers with jeans and buy them as a fashion accessory and are happy with sportswear that is either navy or black then there is plenty to choose from. Just wear earplugs.
