In the past twelve months I have had two watches serviced by James Ross Jewellers. A Rolex GMT Master II & most recently an 1960's Omega Seamaster De Ville. Their service is second to none. The watches when returned looked like new & keep perfect time.

A few weeks ago my wife broke the bracelet on her favourite Citizen EcoDrive watch. We took it to James, who could not have been more helpful. He found a suitable link and fixed the bracelet within a few minutes.
