I work in Brighton and Iydea is my favourite place to get lunch. As a vegetarian its so nice to be able to go in and order whatever i like without having to check for options. The food is really high quality and I like the concept of building your own meal (choosing 1 main, 2 sides and 2 toppings) their Enchilada is my all time favourite ? they also always pack the box full so you get good value for money and the food is always very fresh. The staff are really friendly too, I highly recommend!!

Literally nothing to say apart from everything here is amazing. The hot sauce they make in house is ridiculously good. I wanted to buy a jar of it to take home. ?

Stopped by for a quick takeaway during lunch. As a vegan, I appreciated the clear labeling of plant-based options, definitely a plus. There was a decent variety to choose from. Service was fast and polite, and the food looked fresh, and thankfully, tasted just as good. The portion was generous, and the price felt very reasonable for the quality. Left with a great impression.

Had a pop-corn latte made with winter melon and was blown away by the flavour and creativity of the menu of this place. The place had a very chill vegetarian atmosphere, and staff was super nice - can't wait to come back next time to try their lunch menu!

I had the most incredible rose turmeric latte with oat milk, it was flavourful, creamy and delicious best turmeric latte I ever had , beautifully thank you to the young person with short hair and many arm tattoos who made it ?
I came back the next month with my daughter and we had the butternut squash lasagna ,I'm not a fan of lasagna but this was amazing really tasty loved the sides too

I?ve been coming to Iydea for 4-5 years now, and I?m yet to be let down! The coffee is delicious, better than some specialised coffee shops in Brighton (in my opinion). I can?t fault the food, either; perfectly seasoned and quite imaginative. I?ve tried so many foods from around the world that I?d have otherwise missed! The cooks here are the most consistent chefs I?ve seen in Brighton.
I?ve also been seeing the same front of house staff for years now, and I think it says something about how well they must treat their colleagues to keep more or less the same team in such a high-turnover occupation and city.
As for the atmosphere, I can?t fault that either! There?s a lovely, very Brighton style to the interior, I particularly like the beautifully executed seasonal window displays that I?ve drawn by hand. The tables are always clean, the floors are always swept, and the recesses always dusted. The people who work here care. Nothing is half-arsed!
It?s a Mecca for good veggie food and good coffee. I?ll keep coming for the foreseeable!

These guys are brilliant at what they do. I've had a juice or two here before but decided to stop by for a salad bowl today. So much choice and all so delicious. And the staff are stars - so kind and infectiously cheerful!
