I?m a frequent shopper at homesense and I love it, I love finding new items and I probably pop in once a week as I live close by.
I?m a retail manager and I?m very passionate about customer service and Today I had Brilliant service from the guy who served me at the till. I Didn?t catch his name but his operator number is 4863.
He was friendly, smiley, helpful and efficient. He even spotted my empty drink cup in my hand and asked if I wanted him to put it in the bin. This wasn?t even in my mind as I was going to dispose of it outside the store but this is an example of elevated customer service. It doesn?t need to be out of the box or show stopping, what counts the most is the basics and how you make your customers feel.

Very unpleasant customer service from Adam who was very argumentative over a badly scratched metallic bathroom bin (whether it?s in the back or the front of the item - if it is damaged, have courtesy to discount it - because it is DAMAGED and I politely asked for a discount)

Went to buy some Christmas decs and was helped to pick some nice wrapping paper from a little lad called Louie, very helpful wouldn?t of been able to find it without him.

Home version of txmaxx. Great place and always got loads of random things. The random areas like Christmas section and that is always really great at different times of the year.
The normal areas of kitchen pots pans and utensils is always well stocked and looking fresh.
The linen area upstairs looks old and worn out and on top of that pretty cheap and not in the good way. Other than that love this place

Absolutely love the store and the products they sell. So many times I find items at a fraction of the price from original cost, from Woodwick candles to Le Creuset baking tray, DKNY bedding etc.

Decent store, not the best, not the worst. We did hear a staff member training another staff member and he was so condescending to the poor girl. It made us feel uncomfortable, let alone how she must have been feeling. Stocking a pasta shelf really doesn't need to be taken as seriously as having it stocked by sugar content.
