Home & Company has been providing care to my elderly mother for quite some time now and I cannot fault them. The two carers who attend to my mum are exemplary. They are kind, warm, caring and nothing is too much trouble.What I find most beneficial is that by having carers go round to do bits and pieces for mum, it leaves me with a lot more quality time with my mum instead of constantly doing jobs around the house.If you have a relative who needs a bit of help in life, I would urge you to look no further and contact Home & Company. They have made a massive difference to my mum's day to day life and I owe them a huge debt of gratitude for that.

A brilliant, compassionate, and responsive agency, Home & Company has proved to be an outstanding team in the realm of arranging care for those who are unwell and aging.In the past I have had to arrange care for people in this category. This is never easy, and I have struggled to find appropriate resources.However, Home & Company have been magnificent. Over a two-year period, they provided increasing levels of care to my close friend as his health got worse and his needs grew. At all times they responded to his changing needs which started with assistance with walking and general daily care and ended unfortunately with his requiring 24/7 support.Throughout this period, and without fuss, they professionally but sympathetically managed to find care staff who could provide him with a mixture of intelligent conversation and professional care ? a combination which I had not thought possible. Their staff are, without exception, well trained and proactive. We were indeed tremendously fortunate to have benefited from their dedication to providing sympathetic and focused support at all levels. I recommend them without reservation.

Home and Company provided wonderful people who helped support my Mum at home. They provided company, cleaning and meaningful connection, something my Mum and I really appreciated. The schedule was adjusted as and when needed, help with odds and ends such as help re-wiring an entry phone and regular updates from Julie and Loretta with the newsletter. A huge thank you to all at Home and Company.

I can?t rate this agency highly enough.I became seriously ill for most of this year and with running a business we urgently required some additional support in the home. Loretta and her team were fabulous and they matched me with two super women ! It was a joy to have them popping in each week and I believe, got me through a very challenging time .We were also able to call on using there additional services which is a great bonus.

Julie and Loretta are so great at finding carers who are a good match for my mother's personality. This is so important when they spend so much time with her. Comms are great too. They will always bend over backwards to help.

Never, ever ask this company for their services unless you get a written quotation in advance. In my case, I was quoted a price by a handyman for some minor repairs and he quoted me £35. After he'd completed the work, he said he wasn't going to charge me as the work only took five minutes. Then the company insisted I pay them £36 anyway which they said was for office upkeep. Which means the total charged would have been £72. I paid £ 36 but I am grossly disappointed in the way they conduct their business.

I took my husband to the Brighton showroom and Andrew was so helpful and understanding in putting my husband at ease as he was quite resistant at having any mobility aids.no pressure to buy we were left to try out equipment Andrew suggested.we purchased a tri-walker. Very pleased with the whole experience and would shop there again.

Home & Company cared for my mum as her dementia progressed over a five-year period. It started as home help and companionship to keep her mentally stimulated and help around the house. In the period before she finally had to go into a care home, they helped her with most aspects of daily living. The ladies were always kind and caring, and helped me cope with the challenges of caring for my mum, as well as supporting her in such a wonderful way. I shall be forever grateful that Home & Company helped my mum stay in her home for as long as she did.

For about 8 days from noon till 2pm during April 2022, I had a carer. This was because I am unsteady on my feet and my wife was reluctant to join a daughter and grandchildren for a short holiday without someone checking on me daily. My carer was excellent, punctual and very friendly. She watered our plants, prepared my lunch and did whatever shopping I needed to have done. On leaving here she texted my wife daily to give a an update on my well-being. As a result my wife had a wonderful time on her holiday.My carer did an excellent job and as far as I am concerned is a credit to her employers, Home & Care Limited.

Home and Company has been a life saver for me. After 18 months of dealing with long covid, I was finally well enough to have some help around the house. I have a cleaner, gardeners and a 'companion' who helps me get about, as I still can't drive due to the effects of covid 19.Home and Company seem to be very good at attracting people to work for them, so they get the very best.All my helpers are thoughtful of my situation and are always cheerful company. And in more practical and monetary terms, great value.

I can't speak highly enough of home and company. The PA has changed mums life and given her the confidence to go out independently again after over 6 years of agoraphobia and mobility issues which has given me the freedom to live my life again and allowed us to reconnect as mother and daughter instead of just a carer relationship. When home and company came to visit us last May, Mum was too afraid to get public transport - she could not even get a taxi unaccompanied and I had to visit her at least once a week which was really affecting our relationship. Now she volunteers at a charity shop over half an hour's bus ride away and gets there independently. She loves going out each week and her weekly PA visits give her so much stimulation. Shes a different woman and she looks ten years younger!! The service that they provise isnt your typical 'carer' its a personalised support and is worth every penny, what youre paying for is piece of mind. There should be more services like this and i wish i had found them sooner!

Right from our first contact with Home and company we have been impressed by the kindness and level of professionalism from Loretta and the team. There was a real understanding of our aunt's needs, no pushiness, just a genuine desire to help and find the right carer. Communication was excellent with regular contact.The carer they found for us was Marianna, words aren't sufficient to say how wonderful she was. She enabled our aunt to die at home as she had wished, surrounded by kindness and loving support. Marianna was hugely knowledgeable and professional, we really couldn't have managed without her.We won't hesitate to use Home and Company again, they are worth all 5 stars we have given them!

From the very start it was obvious that their main priority was caring. My mother has been so well looked after and has in fact become firm friends with her carer who also keeps me informed on my mothers behalf as i live a long distance away. She now also uses the podiatrist through the company.. Safety has been excellent during Covid. Thank you Home & Co. for making life easy for mum.
