Fun venue with lots of games aside from bowling however service very slow, booked VIP and still had to go to bar and order taking 30 minutes atleast - not enough staff every time

Booking over the phone was extremely expensive due only a Premium number being available. Call was answered immediately, but still cost 11 minutes at Premium rate. A great place to bowl on the South Coast. The facilities are amazing - it houses one of the best arcades I've seen in decades, has the pool tables I've seen in a while and has food and drink on tap!Can the cleanliness be improved?
