Fantastic service. Without booking in advance we arrived at Halfords to ask if they could fit a new battery immediately, replacing our flat battery.They said yes and it was fitted in 20 minutes. Also Deano explained the savings to be made by joining the Halfords Premium Motoring club and I signed up straightaway.

i went to halfords as i needed wiper blades and i knew they would fit them for me, which they did. They could not have been more obliging and helpful, suggesting different options so i could choose. I waited only a few minutes while they found someone to fit them as they were busy at the desk. I would not hesitate to go again and recommend them for friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism.

They knowingly breach the 2015 Consumer Rights Act by denying any liability for faults on some items, illegally telling you that you can only contact the manufacturer, despite knowing that its against the law. "That's the policy head office makes us stick to"

Had a wait of about an hour, but the staff were busy helping others. The man at the desk kindly fitted my car in. Just to change a headlight, but it wasn't quite as simple as expected so I couldn't have done it. Excellent service, very pleasant young man resolved the problem and fitted the bulb. All working now.
