Used this shop for the first time this week. The service was fantastic both on the ohone and when I visited. Friendly and helpful staff who were extremely accommodating. Extra shout out to Tash who I dealt with.

Excellent service professional staff Hannah and Tash were so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Was my first time to store to cash a cheque and also was interested in watches in window. Was looking for a thick gold curb chain to place my Grandad?s ring on. Hannah was lovely, very helpful and understanding. The necklace was even on sale which was even better. Hannah cleaned up the necklace and also my Grandads ring so I could wear it straight away. 100% recommend this store!

Truly fantastic service, Jamie, Hannah and Tasha were all brilliant. While I didn?t end up selling my item, I must say if I do decide, it will only be to them. I recently began battling cancer and needed to raise funds for private treatment and was looking to sell a sentimental item. They gave a great price and really took the time to speak with me

Penny and Hannah are absolutely the best people that you could have. They help in more ways than you expect. Even though it was a personal loan I was so happy to pay the repayments etc I have had two loans from them now and on both occasions I could never fault them at all.

I pawned some family heirloom's last autumn and I had to start of May to pay for my item's back. As we are all aware, this dreadful virus hit town and h&t sent me a comforting letter at the start of April detailing their situation. I went their today to redeem my item's and although I only had to beginning of May before legally my contract expired the lovely staff had my item's and were extremely professional and put me@ease! I paid my due's and now am sitting indoor's stress free with them:) Thank you Ladies, you done me proud!
