Went in to get a steak bake, got half way through it and noticed several hairs inside the pastry and filling. Took it back and the guy was smiling and not taking it seriously, was offered some other food but asked for a refund instead. Would expect a bit better for finding multiple hairs in my food

Put an order in , was waiting for over an hour to be delivered, then when we called in to ask where it was , we were told our food would be cold , and they wouldn?t give us new ones. We were told by the worker to ?just put in in the oven?. Visiting here so dont have access to one. Highly disappointed to be honest , at the very least the food couldve been kept warm.

Compared to the Queens Road branch the vegan pastries I purchased were baked to perfection! Not under nor over just lovely golden brown like pastries should be and the assist who served me was very jovial and welcoming

The guys need training in how to cut and butter a roll and when a bit of bacon looks like the sole of a shoe it's time to bin it not put in a very dry roll, not the staffs fault just bad training,

No vegan / vegetarian items in stock apart from the vegetable bake. I have been here way too many times where they ?forgot? to order vegan / vegetarian dishes and failed to actually cook the ones they did have.
Order more stock and actually cook it!! Meat dishes are vastly prioritised, it?s appalling.

Had the most incredible vegan steak bake served by Josh! Incredible service and was greeted with a big smile and lots of joy, i?ve never seen anyone have so much passion for pastrys! Would definitely gregg again?

All on display looked delicious. I opted for the Beef & Vegetable pasty which was cold and reminded me of clammy skin, especially on the bottom.

Service, food and drink is brilliant!Extremely busy, but the queues at handled very quickly.Fast but not rushed service, very attentive, helpful, informative and friendly staff.Food is very good, hot drinks are excellent value with a good selection.

Tried to buy pizza here, but they wouldn?t sell them without putting them in a small, inconvenient bag (toppings sticks to the top of the bag). I asked if they can put it in a box on top of the grease proof bag so that the top of the bag won?t take off all the toppings. Nope, they wouldn?t do that.Very inconvenient and bad customer service. How about accommodate what your customers want? It?s really not that hard!
