Went in to get a steak bake, got half way through it and noticed several hairs inside the pastry and filling. Took it back and the guy was smiling and not taking it seriously, was offered some other food but asked for a refund instead. Would expect a bit better for finding multiple hairs in my food

Put an order in , was waiting for over an hour to be delivered, then when we called in to ask where it was , we were told our food would be cold , and they wouldn’t give us new ones. We were told by the worker to “just put in in the oven”. Visiting here so dont have access to one. Highly disappointed to be honest...

Compared to the Queens Road branch the vegan pastries I purchased were baked to perfection! Not under nor over just lovely golden brown like pastries should be and the assist who served me was very jovial and welcoming
