George has to be the rudest man I have ever encountered. He snapped at almost everyone who came into his shop, insulted me about a legitimate question I had- regarding prices of items in the closing down sale. He hurried me when I was browsing and selecting cards- for literally no reason and generally made me feel so uncomfortable. I understand he wants to retire, but in order to sell remaining stock, you need to have a good customer service manner. I most definitely would not go there again even if I was in desperate need of cards/balloons!

Went in George?s Gems today for some in loving memory balloons and the help I got from the staff was amazing, good price and they have balloons, cards and decorations for everything. Such a beautiful shop will definitely be visiting again.
