Dreadful branch. Walk in and you are met by the stench of old cooking oil and grease. Staff are miserable. Food overpriced for a basic burger. Place usually empty for good reason. Invisible management. Will close soon when people get fed up of the rottweiler staff and daft prices.

Had the most amazing experience at Five Guys Brighton Marina, drove from Eastbourne to get the famous burger on New Year?s Day and was met with the most friendly and welcoming person called Sarah. The customer service was some of the best I?ve experienced and I travel the world as a sports commentator. Sarah recommended a shake she makes that I?ve never tried before it was amazing (I will now call this the Sarah special). We left with a smile and a full belly, she really is a star and stands out as the most positive experience to date at a food establishment. We had an amazing and outstanding experience, thank you Sarah see you next time!

This was my first time to Five Guys. What a pleasure to have Sarah explain the menu and her hospitality. I really enjoyed the burger, chips & milkshake I had.
I recommend five guys & will come back.

Really tasty food, tried Five Guys for the first time and I loved it. The hot dogs and fries were amazing, and the drink selection is vast. Would definitely go back for more!
They have bathrooms as well which were nice and clean.

Great food. Very close to genuine American Burgers. Tasty fries too. A little over priced. Milkshakes thick but flavours not mixed that well..and again over priced. Free soda refills though!

Ordered via Deliveroo. Fries and burgers were massively overcooked. You could actually peel off the burned meat. Shouldn?t have been sent out , very disappointing.

we traveled all the way from Leeds to visit Brighton, and our Five Guys experience made it absolutely worth it! Sarah provided outstanding service with a superb response to every request, making us feel truly welcomed. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommend this location ? we'll definitely be back next time we're in town?. 10/10

We stopped by for a meal after the cinema and had a great experience thanks to Aiden. He was very friendly and made the visit even more enjoyable by talking with us about horror films. His great attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made our meal memorable. The food was also amazing - we would definitely come here again!
