I have been using EyeSite at Brighton for two years now and am completely satisfied. I first went there because I wanted Lindberg frames which are stocked by Eyesite but not, to my knowledge, available elsewhere in Brighton. Although delicate, the frames are very robust and, following cataract surgery, I have just had new lenses inserted into the old frames ? very successfully too. The optometrists, dispensing opticians and reception staff are all very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much Brighton EyeSite team for the excellent service you provide.

I have used Eyesite for many years, I would never willingly go anywhere else, the staff are brilliant and friendly, they even remember my name. The tests they do and the equipment they have are outstanding. They don?t give up when you?re trialling contact lenses unlike other ?high street? opticians., they finally found a make that suit my sensitive eyes. I highly recommend them.

Although initially they may appear more expensive than the big chains, the level of service is well worth it and everyone is always so helpful with clear explanations on what and why they are doing things.I've had to go back a few times when getting contact lenses fitted and their was no cost for the extra visits or for the extra trial lenses

Manager refused to help me they refused to help me after fixing my £500 Oakleys for the 3 time and doing it so badly that the sides kept coming off! The last time I went in they refused to help me do not go to this shop absolutely awful service!Also the guy tried to tell me there's only two grommets because his girl made a mistake and didn't put the grommets in the front of the glass damaging the glass and it just continued to lie to me blatantly, I've done this 3 times there is four, I've got another pair that's gone off to lensology who have also told me there is four and this guy just would not give it up just lying straight to my face, and he is the manager , would not even stand behind their work I'd had the glasses one night and the sides had already come off and I just went back and said could somebody repair them properly No they would refuse to do it now What kind of company does that?I'm telling anybody that goes to this place , extremely careful. All they want is money nothing more They don't want to help you. So please be warned !This is my experience!Very expensive and unable to actually fix anything, And once they do try and work on something like they did with my Oakleys that cost me £500 you bring them back and they lie to you and won't help you.It is the worst vision place and if I was anyone wanting to have anything done with glasses I would go to lensology for a third of the price do yourself a favour Don't waste your money in there buy your glasses on eBay and any work that needs to be done as in prescription send it to lensology do not go to this place Very very overpriced and refuse to help you.

Had my eye test done yesterday. I'm still waiting for my glasses so will review my prescription at a later date. However, I wanted to write this review as I'm so glad I opted for a smaller business for my eye test as a pose to the larger high street offers. Very welcoming and professional. They were very thorough with my eye test. I was on a budget so they helped me to work out the best offer for me while still making sure I had what I needed. They also offer direct debit options if you are not able to pay upfront and 2 years warranty. My last optician did not have the option of a payment plan and I went months without glasses as I could not afford them upfront. Thank you

My new year started with broken frames, followed by the news that they style had been discontinued so, potentially, a cost in excess of £600. Happy New Year!!However, Eyesite were brilliant! They offered a solution and they were able to insert my old lenses into a new frame; this at no financial gain for them at all.You can't fault exceptional customer service and theirs is - a massive thank you!

Excellent opticians. I came here after being upset by Specsavers despite being a customer there for many years. Eyesite is very attentive and helpful in every way. I recommend them strongly.

Easily the best opticians! Reception staff always fantastic, thorough eye tests, great selection of frames from top designers to more budget-friendly options. Lenses are very high quality too! All staff are very friendly and helpful - would recommend Eyesite to anyone and everyone! :)
