Used to use them all the time. They had good rates .But I went in and changed up ?1000. Real exchange rate at time of writing was £884.They took £100 as commission ( gave me 781 ) I felt hard done by walking out like I?d been ripped off , I tried to forget about it but something kept bugging me. You should never feel like you been ripped off after walking out.so I went and checked at another currency exchange down the road and surely enough, they only take £30 . General bad customer service as when I initially walked in I was ignored for ages . Anyways , Lesson learned. Won?t be going back. Take this as constructive feedback ?

Rang to ask for approximate exchange rate from pounds to euros, she tells me to come in to check. I tell her I just want to know a rough estimate of what it is at that moment to see if its worth me going in, or looking elsewhere and the rude woman hangs up the phone on me. Red flag much? Avoid.
