Ordered a car part on Portland Rd. Brighton branch, the guy from the till gave me the wrong one, got to the garage and the engineer says is the wrong one, went back for refund wich it happened and then they say it will be between 5 to 7 working day's. SO I HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE?
I'm never going back there ??????

I bought yesterday from their store oil and oil filter and air filter for £128.90 but same product(same product code)in their website £115.32
£13.58 difference ???!!!!

Received excellent service here on Monday. Was sold wrong wipers by the BH branch don't go there utterly useless ? The staff here could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Went completely out there way to help me. Thanks again for your great service. Highly recommend
