Awful place and awful customer service, no staff out on the shop floor for about 15/20 minutes and waited about another 10 minutes to be seen. Was told that it would take about 5 minutes and I?d be out quickly for what I needed. The same member of staff made me wait for another 10 minutes while he went out the back and eventually came back only to tell me the system was down. Rude and unprofessional staff, what an absolute joke and a waste of time

Poor customer service took 2 payments of £400, one one required, and said they didn't go through (taking payment issue) so not to worry, and took a deposit of £25 instead. We'll l did get charged £800 to my credit card. I tried to get a refund in the store and they said they couldn't give refunds, l would have to take it up with the credit card company. I did manage to sort it out with the credit card company, but no thanks to them. What a joke. So disgusted with the service, l did not want go ahead with the broadband and mobile package. I was on the phone trying to cancel the contract and get my £25 deposit back. After 90 minutes, they could not find the contract details despite giving them a reference number. They told me to go back to the store which l duly did. Once there, they told me l have to cancel the contract over the telephone!, again EE customer service diabolical. I have been with them for about 15 years, now l am off. Don't bother with this bunch of incompetents...

Awful experience - asked about the iPhone 16 to be met with ?no?. She had an AirPod in her ear, carried on talking to her colleagues and completely ignored us. Really rude staff, quite taken aback.

Fraudulent place...we switched our business contract from Vodafone to EE based on their offer to match what we had previously...it turned out to be a lie...the broadband was a separate binding contract with BT we never signed. Incompetent manager was hiding at the back while the sales boy had no clue what to do and now the Ombudsman are dealing with the case.

After having an absolutely terrible experience with the assistance manager Jack at Three just 4 stores away I walked out and walked in to EE! Who where far more busier than three (which is a good thing)
I was seen by Jasmin. I wanted a new business mobile line. She spoke to her colleague Rob who came over to also help me. They ran me though some options and prices!
Even better once we settled on what I wanted they went above and beyond by arranging a discount. I was very impressed but them I ended up taking 3 new lines.
After a short while I was on my way with my new stuff! Both Jasmin and Rob were friendly. Helpful and supportive. I can not recommend them enough! Them smashed it out of the park for me!!

After 2 hours of being in the shop we finally got a new sim set up! Seems like a bunch of backend/HQ problems! Not blaming the staff as they were friendly & equally as frustrated as us!

Terrible management. Waited 1 hour in shop as only 2 of 3 staff members were dealing with people. The staff then took care of somebody who arrived after me, effectively letting them skip the queue. Store Manager "Dan" was then helping out his junior colleagues while dealing with me. Made me want to change phone provider. Terrible.
