Best cinema in the city with multi seat sofas on their balcony. Brilliant selection of films and kind + helpful staff.

My favourite cinema ever. I would highly recommend a visit. Cosy cinema, absolutely astounding films on show, great coffee and superb staff. If you in Brighton for a holiday, make sure you add it to your itinerary.

Fantastic old school cinema, friendly staff and great snack ? bar takeaway , we went on a dog friendly showing day , to see All of us strangers , what a hoot the dogs had a great time , blankets offered to settle them .Comfortable seats and always try to support this place of the nasty Odeon in town .

The Duke of York?s hosted our wedding in December and we couldn?t be happier. The team accommodated all of our requests (personalised movie posters in the lobby, a red carpet, music selections, specific drinks, popcorn, etc) and made the day really special. A shout out to Sophie in particular who helped to manage our suppliers (florists, etc) and put our mind at ease throughout. Their attention to detail was fantastic, the service was meticulous and we had a wonderful day. They had thought of everything and made the day really easy for us. Thank you.

Is a great cinema, and sound quality is good. It was just so hot, started off alright but by half way we were sweating!

Arguably best place for cinema in Brighton - the alternative being the associated Dukes at Komedia. Membership recommended for free ticket allowance and food/drink discount.

The oldest constantly used cinema in the country. Online booking a bit hit and miss but otherwise the best place in Brighton to see a film or satellite relayed event.

Lovely staff, great environment and comfortable seating for the same price you?d pay at a worse cinema. Brilliant.

Had a fantastic date here so it holds a place in my heart. The bar staff are great and it has a really friendly vibe. The cinema itself has really comfortable seats too it's like going back in time.
