Grate pizza ? ok waiting time ordered in store. Staff are a little loud, but I guess they are just excited to make pizza.
Parking: Can be busy and is right next to a school, so I can imagine it gets very busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Couldn't see any

Placed an order over the phone (the app wasn't working). The store took payment but nothing arrived. Called 50 mins later to be told they had made an error, cooked the wrong pizza but assured us it was now out for delivery. Another 30 mins pass, nothing. Called back. They have no record of the order and refused to deal with the issue. We called back and asked for the manager who kept us on hold indefinitely, refusingto speak to us. We hung up and kept calling back and for 20 minutes they avoided our call or hung up on us. Finally we spoke to the manager who, sounding irritated as if we were wasting his time and who shouted down the phone "YOU HAVE NO ORDER", despite us telling him we'd paid £35 for it and we had the bank transfer. Eventually he got someone to check receipts and found our payment but then refused to refund us and told us to call a hotline and that it would take 5 days!? 2 hours waiting for our order, took our money, refused to speak to us, no food, now 5 days waiting for a refund. Total nightmare place. Absolute joke of a manager needs some serious customer service training. Avoid this store.

Got dominoes as a treat for my boys and it was cold when we received it I thought it had been cooked pretty cook , woken up with stomach cramps and being sick will never order from here ever again , this is the last thing I ate ??

I was genuinely excited to indulge in a cheesy pizza from Domino's Patcham, having heard so much about their supposedly flavorful offerings. However, my experience fell far short of my expectations. The pizza I received had a shockingly scant amount of cheese. It was so sparse that it barely covered the sauce underneath, making each bite feel incomplete and lacking in that comforting, cheesy goodness you anticipate with a Domino's pizza.The lack of cheese not only compromised the texture but also significantly impacted the overall taste. What should have been a delightful blend of flavors turned into an uninspiring, sauce-heavy ordeal. The cheese acts as a binding element that harmonizes all the ingredients, and its absence left the pizza tasting disjointed. It felt like a meal that was built but never fully realized.Considering that cheese is one of the cornerstone ingredients of any good pizza, it was really disappointing to see a brand like Domino's fail in this crucial aspect. I expected a much higher standard, especially from a well-known chain. Unfortunately, it?s a 2-star experience for me.

Never again. Absolute rip off! Itis a takeaway so the atmosphere is not expected. Service was OK, at best. The pizza was ridiculously expensive, in fact it was twice the advertised price. I will not go there again, ever. They had a chance to explain the price and fiddled with the till so a mistake was clearly made, but still overcharged and did not respond to my question properly. I was with an autistic boy who just wanted his pizza and was not capable of understanding why I was trying to delay him getting it so I left it this time, but, as I said, will never pay so much for a takeaway pizza again. I could have had a good sit in meal at an expensive Brighton restaurant for the same price, so Dominos, you have been kicked into touch as far as I am concerned.

Veggie Volcano pizza is actually looking and tasting like a plain cheese and tomato pizza. Nothing volcano about it! See the photo. Spot the toppings...... A few bits of tomato, one bit of jalapeño, a few bits of onion, a few bits of pepper. Tasteless. Nothing Volcano about it.... Won't buy again from here. Not what is described on the ingredients. Expected it to taste of more than cheese and tomato.
