Terrible charging for delivery but making you collect from outside. Apparently they don't deliver to flats....then why not say this on the website.

Terrible service. Half my order missing. Hung up on my calls several times. No attempt to rectify the mistake. Basic business model of cook pizza and deliver it, unable to even do that. Rude response when I asked for my food to be delivered not a refund. Have no food or money back.

oh my god , this branch is absolutely horrendous, and im not just taking about the food, but the lies told by the staff,
we ordered a DELIVERY, which we paid for ; then to be told we had to COLLECT and find the driver , 3 phone calls to a driver, who was probably the same distance as the restaurant itself, yet we were charged?? i would of just walked and picked it up rather pay ?delivery ?

we have to come FIND the driver . ? freezing cold food , nice one!
dont order from this branch honestly theyre horrendous, staff are sooooooo rude and unhelpful

While the pizza was burning hot and very good I don?t appreciate being charged for delivery for the driver to call me and make me come all the way to the lobby of my flat at 1am in the morning! Don?t charge people for delivery if you?re going to make them basically come outside at 1am in the morning?. I live in hove for more details it?s hardly a dodgy council estate!

Terrible quality food. Never ordering from Dominos again. Virtually non existent bland and dry toppings on a pizza base stretched so thin and overcooked, it was like a cracker.

Pizza without cheese and only few toppings. Appalling customer service. Pizza is ready customer is waiting but staff is enjoying conversation among themselves even though the order was ready for collection. When trying get their attention and ask for order they ignore you and continue with their conversation. Other staff member comes out checks machine and sees you but goes back to join their conversation again. Really pathetic service and pizza quality I ever had. Have ordered from dominos before but this was the worst experience of all. Staff members definitely need training.

It's the worst pizza I have ever had it was more bare than Mother Hubbard's cupboard in every aspect: cheese, base sauce, and toppings, absolutely outrageous. I am a visitor here and have never had this problem with Domino's before, and I totally advise you to avoid this branch.
