This place lives up to its name. Excellent, friendly customer service, that wasn't patronising. Super speedy with both fixing my issue and keeping me informed. This was the 3rd place I tried. The first said they'd have to return my tablet to factory settings; the second said they didn't really do tablets, asked me how old it was and implied it was time to get a new one. Then I tried Diamond. They said they'd charge 25 quid if they could fix it and nothing if they couldn't.... read full comment
