How is this place still in business? Impossible to buy anything, staff standing around chatting. I went home and purchased items on Amazon.

Went in on Friday evening to look at ovens. There were 5 members of staff stood talking to each other the whole time we were in there. At no point did they approach us to offer help or even acknowledge us being there.
We looked at the ovens then came home and ordered what we wanted from AO.
It was an awful experience. Curry's have a current advertising campaign to demonstrate how they can help anyone and everyone - they should start by making sure the staff know it is part of their job to actually help customers!!

Came into this store yesterday and I was taken back from the complete rudeness from the staff, not one decided to help me, asked two of the staff for help and there?s was not one bit of customer service. Came there to buy an Apple Watch and now curry?s have lost out on my money .

From my entrance into the store, I got stares like I didn?t belong there. Well dressed except the fact that my skin colour was different from everyone. It wasn?t surprising that the person who initially attended to me got told off by his manager.

they make an extra 5£ per transaction by claiming their printed prices are not up to date, and then refuse to do anything about it.

I had a highly disappointing and unpleasant experience during my recent visit to this store. From the moment I entered, there was a complete lack of customer engagement. None of the sales staff made any effort to assist or even acknowledge me, and it was evident that they were neither trained in product knowledge nor in basic customer service etiquette.
The most concerning part of my visit was the interaction during the billing process. The staff member who handled my transaction was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Without confirming whether I intended to proceed with the purchase, he initiated the billing process and demanded payment in a manner that was both abrupt and discourteous.
When I politely inquired if the product he brought was the same one I had seen earlier, his response was shockingly dismissive and unhelpful: ?I DON?T KNOW ANYTHING, YOU GAVE ME NUMBER I GOT THIS PRODUCT.? This level of disregard and lack of basic communication is unacceptable in any customer-facing role.
Overall, it was an extremely frustrating and disheartening experience. I strongly urge the management to review their customer service practices and ensure staff are properly trained to treat customers with respect and professionalism. This kind of service not only damages the store?s reputation but also discourages future visits.

We were served by Hurera and she was absolutey amazing, we were looking at fridges and she gave us the best deal for our money, she?s very sweet and caring and I appreciate her help very very much.

Its quite good not bad i can say, some staff was trying to get away from customers but most of them not , they were vey helpful and especially the Persian guy named Arash, he is a star , he helped us a-lot. Thank you and all the best

I went to this store to spend £3000 on one thing. I waited for over 10 minutes for someone to speak to me. It wasn?t busy. I asked two people. Two staff laughing and joking and gossiping couldn?t help. When I eventually got someone and went to the checkout, I started getting asked for personal details first because they wanted to sell me cover. I said no cover, then tried again. In the end I politely said I didn?t want to buy anything and left, this was because in the time it took them to serve me and get into the questions I had ordered it online from Amazon in 30 seconds. If this stores goes out of business, it will be because of the staff. I own a business locally and I would never treat my customers like this. Dreadful.
