“The typical post office + corner shop combo. I came by here when I'd just unloaded £120 out of the cash machine at Natwest to pay our gas and electricity bills with when I discovered that Natwest was shut... Not only that, but it had shut while I was queueing to use the ATM! Gah...! Thankfully this place stays open an extra little bit longer ('til 5:30 most days) so I was able to get the job done, and not worry about threats of electricity cuts coming through the post. As well as the more sympathetic opening hours, there's a good deal of stationary on offer and your standard selection of scratch cards and chocolate bars. The lady that works here was also exceptionally helpful and patient when going through all the details involved in paying bills by cash. It was also remarkably warm in the store, which (for this time of year) is as good a reason as you need to pop in off the street. There's also a bus stop a short walk away making it easy to travel to too!”
“Went to post a big parcel, quick and easy to do and they explained all the postage costs etc as i needed it to get to its destination quickly, as an e-bay seller this is very handy that i can do deliveries quick and easy.”
