Ordered ham and cheese toastie. Very poor, one side was untoasted, took back, the staff woman wasn't happy. Rather than new toastie recooked and then overcooked and tough. If your machine is broken get it fixed now.

This is a very dirty cafe. The toilets are beyond vile and the manager needs to hire a cleaner to clean multiple times a day. The cups and glasses came out stained. The staff on the tills are nice but I won?t be returning as it was just too rotten.

Amazing coffee, probably one of the best that I have never tried. The team is great and the manager is super friendly and attentive. Great experience as ever!!!

Great coffee, I have a lot of special requirements and the manager (I think his name was Alessandro or something ) was incredibly helpful and hospitable. Fantastic to have such an inclusive shop that caters to the needs of its customers with care and passion.

A very positive visit! Staff couldn't have been more courteous amd iced latte was sublime!Felt very clean and safe!I will tell all Koreans! Visit and use this place! It is the best Costa in the United Kingdom
