All the staff are so friendly and welcoming I love coming here I visit at least twice a day once in the morning for a coffee then in the after for a ginger lemon or red berry tea it?s like my second home , the service is quick and it?s a very clean place this is definitely my favourite Costa I?ve visited in Brighton

On holidays from Ireland.. passed a lot of coffee shops to finally go in to Costa.. have to say coffee was lovely and the staff were extremely nice hence I went in every day .. spotless clean

Good appearance when entering and well laid out inside, I?m in a wheelchair so these things matter. The coffee and food was good, would recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and room to get your chair next to a tablet

By far the best costa in Sussex. The staff are always so nice. We pass so many other coffee shops to go to this one. Always clean, tidy and even a tad cheaper than my local costa. Amazing.

Great choice of plant milks and I got a vegan chocolate brownie thingy which was exactly what I needed at that particular moment in time.All the caffeine all the sugar. I left feeling absolutely wired.Staff were super lovely and down to earth (which has been my experience in all the Costas I've been to tbh never had bad service)

Extremely rude unpleasant staff. Serious review needed into the training and management of staff, would never return. Poor quality drinks. Normally Costa is good, but this visit put me off. Shocked to say the least.

Food & drinks good as always but the blonde barista unnecessarily rude and grumpy tone ruined atmosphere and made me feel bad. Didn?t feel like a very welcoming environment. Felt a bit singled out as I saw her smiling and being pleasant with other customers. Such a shame cos I love a costa.
