I've been to Complete Fone twice now and couldn't recommend a better place for phone repairs! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I?ve also found that they offer the best rates in townBoth of my visits were for iphone screen replacements which only took an hour and I was assured that if they couldn?t fix it that there would be no charge. They also provided complimentary screen protectors. I had some slight issues with my first replacement (it was still usable however) but this was quickly resolved with no fuss and no extra charge which is something not all repair shops offer. My second visit was only a few months after the first (butterfingers!). I mentioned that I needed to get a better phone case and was very kindly given one free of chargeMassive thanks to everyone at Complete Fone :)

My daughter had a problem with her Samsung 'phone which needed repairing, and we were recommended Complete Fone Solutions. Will dealt with our repair and was really helpful. He explained all options very clearly and then arranged to repair the 'phone within 3 hrs. He called during the repair to keep us updated. I can't fault the service and would highly recommend this company.

Amazing service, very quick and guaranteed to fix whatever issue you present. Dan was lovely and solved our problem within an hour. Really great service and very transparent with everything. Would highly recommend this place. £90 for a new battery and screen for an iPhone would be a good price back home (midlands), never mind down here. Thoroughly impressed.

Highly recommend Complete Fone Solutions on Baker Street for replacing an iPhone screen. Dan was absolute lovely, explained the cost, how long it would take, that there would be no charge if he couldn?t do it, and did a great job for a reasonable price, turning it around in just 2 hours! He even threw in a free protective screen cover & case so that if (when!) I drop my phone, it won?t shatter the screen - again! All hail Dan!
