“Best £90 I ever spent. Got a 1 year old cuddle bug 3 years ago now, rescued from a multi cat household. She was quite nervous when we got her home, but lots of helpful advice from the Cat Man in the cattery meant we knew to give her time, keep her inside, feed her her favourite food and be patient. She was underweight from her previous owner when we got her, but fattened right up. Loves her cat flap to the garden, and follows us from room to room wanting to be near us all the time. Couldn’t imagine life without her. Thanks to the RSPCA for all the work you do, protecting and saving animals and applying caution to potential adopters. Reading the negative comments here makes me wonder if people forget that not everyone in the world is suitable to be a pet owner, so I am glad that the RSPCA takes care to match animals to the people they need. Pets come first, people second!”

“This place is excellent and I fully recommend that you visit it is an area of calm in a desert and it is most excellent I went here one day to have a look around and to listen to my favourite music band who come from Manchester but when I got here they said that the music band is not playing and I said but I would like to listen and maybe the project is about having people who wants to be in a music band from Manchester and they will show me how to be a singer so I started to sing and I sign my little song but the nice people said that I should stop singing because it was starting to hurt the ears of the dogs who live nearby and the dogs are starting to help and I said that that's not very fair on me because I am only trying to sing like the band from Chester that I really like and the people who live here they said well perhaps I should go and seeing someone else and so I did”

“As someone who drinks an exuberant amount of Vodka Red Bull, I feel a certain affinity for the work of the British Heart Foundation. Having now visited their store on Western Road, I can also say I'm now a fan of their charity shop too. This place stocks a range of clothing items for both sexes, with a surprisingly good number of high quality, fashionable items. As well as these you'll find a bunch of other products, including films, cds and some homeware items.”

“Very apprehensive about consulting them, after a lot of aggro from psychiatrists.Pleasantly surprised to be taken seriously. When you can't fend for yourself, it's vital to be supported by proactive people.”

“My dress sense is pretty standard (i think), nothing too extravagant or adventurous, you know just pretty normal...yeh? Well anyway, I wish I knew more about fashion, what's in and what's out, what's hot and what's not and all those other fashion terms (Jesus I sound like an old man here), because there is always a little Jewel waiting to be found, and you just need a bit of luck, and a bit of judgement, and you've found yourself something pretty damn cool. There is also a selection of DVD's and CD's, which 90% of is likely to be rubbish, but also there can be some gems in here too. I found Doolittle by The Pixies, how cool is that?”

“Brighton YMCA is an amazing charity. It offers so much varied support (including counselling, health walks, art groups, recovery groups, mindfulness and yoga sessions, cooking groups, specialist complex needs workers, and different forms of peer support). They go above and beyond to support people even once they've left the service and they are actively finding new ways to make homeless services more therepeutic environments. A charity that deserves more recognition!”

“Its an amasing place with so much going on and so much more to come. I am a youth worker there. We work to help people develop socially and informally in a fun environment. Get involved in dance, football, basketball, try the full size skate park on the roof (yes thats right) or do some quieter more reflective creative work, learn to cook or just chill and watch tv. With some more promotion we can encourage more diverse communities of young people and get the investment we need to develop the center even more.”
