The manager Nathan??.speaking with him is difficult as he is literally the most goading human I have ever seen interacting with people. I asked him if the freezers were working yet and got go and look for yourself as a reply.
Ask where something is and he will make you feel stupid. Everything anyone says to him is instantly turned into gaslighting in an attempt to rile up the customer.
How his staff, who I might add are brilliant can manage to tolerate such an insolent child man is beyond me.
Staff 10 outta 10 , manager..minus 20 out of 10
His sarcasm, desperation to goad, attitude and morals are far below what a decent manager should display.
Nathan doesn?t lead by any example, his staff do lead by example and this toddler manager can not follow the rest of the staffs example.

The new store looks and feels good. The staff are always pleasant and hardworking. The fresh fruit can be hit and miss in terms of freshness. Choice of fresh vegetables and fruit is limited but good for less perishable goods.

Every time I order from here through just eat...it's always wrong....I'm house bound and can't get out so sometimes I need to use this service....tonight I spent £24 and I got 2 bottles of water .....even the driver was confused when he looked at the receipt....now it's a 3 day wait to get my money back! A joke!!!!

Not the biggest and best selection in the world but the staff are usually very friendly and helpful towards myself and my girlfriend and they love our little Daschund when he pops in with us. Good little convenience store. A little expensive for what it is and sometimes it's a little crowded but most of the staff are lovely people.

Monday afternoon team.they ignore the drivers when they arrive to do the collection.make them wait and pretend they don't exist.they spend a lot of time waiting without the attention of the financiers.We have already contacted the coop matrix so that something can be done. the manager spends time talking to other financiers.

Just OK!! Always, terribly slow service, at the tills!! Cannot say that I would recommend!! Asda is miles better, and cheaper!! Not my supermarket of choice!!

I admire the staff for being in there day after day as it must be hard on several fronts.One of the women has been very rude to me in the past and I don't like it when she serves me,but the rest are fine. I often seem to be held up while some doddery old lady pays her bills at the till,nobody comes to assist their colleague while the queue grows,even if one person is waiting in the queue for a long time they should deal with it. Deliveroo drivers seen to take priority over customers in the store.Probably most times when I am in there I become invisible while they deal with deliveries. Gave three stars as it serves the community.
