Some staff are fine, some are just plain rude and incompetent. The shop was probably better when it was a third the size, largely only because less people went in because they knew it was just so small. Tiny aisles clearly not designed for humans, made even worse by staff restocking the shelves using giant cages. Prices OK considering its location in a city centre largely devoid of useful things like grocery shops.
