Not sure what?s happened to customer service but the staff in this branch are far worse than any other Clarks shop I?ve been to. Agree with similar comments in other reviews about them being totally disinterested. I actually found a pair of shoes I quite liked but the whole shopping experience put me off so I didn?t buy them.

Talk about lack of service... Went in to buy shoes for my child for school and the staff was less than interested in helping with the choice or the fit of the shoe or anything else. Been to many clarks shops before and always had a good service this was the worst of all. Will not be returning.

Took our two kids here on a busy Saturday to get new school shoes.The assistant who helped was infinitely patient, kind and friendly.She put up with all of our children who werent the most reasonable customers. She engaged with them and got their input which they really liked. Super helpful and in no way pushy or offhand.

Excellent experience today, Jo helped me so well, made everything no pressure and easy. Found out what I was really after rather than up selling, ended up with 3 pairs for what I was expecting to spend on 2. Spot on. Rare Service, thank you.

Staffs are really friendly. When stock is not available, they will give different suggestions. They also always check up on us. The store itself is spacious and tidy.

I visited Clarks today in Brighton, I must say the staff there are very friendly and the customer service I got today was excellent to see (thanks Grace and i think it was Insha who were brilliant with my daughter). She is very happy with her new shoes! Thank you
