It?s always scary going to a new salon with someone who has never done your hair before but Lydia absolutely smashed it. I booked in for a trim and a tidy up - I?m growing out my hair so wanted to keep as much of the length as possible. Keeley did a fantastic job, my hair looks much healthier than it did and she 100% understood what I wanted. I felt very welcome and relaxed and love how my hair looks now. Thanks very much!

I have been having my hair cut at Cisco karma for years now. I got recommended by a friend to get my hair done by Lydia and she has never let me down. I feel very protective over my hair and I trust Lydia with it completely! Any reference photos I show her or ideas I have she manages to translate it to my hair perfectly. She will always talk it through with me and make sure I understand what?s she?s doing to my hair and how I can style it after the first wash. She?s my hairdresser for life!

Best experience I?ve ever had at a hair salon! Wouldn?t go anywhere else now, such a beautiful place with a welcoming and relaxing vibe to it. Had a fantastic experience with LydiaDespite my unruly long hair, Lydia managed to transform it beautifully. I also opted for a color treatment, and the results were stunning. Highly recommend for both skill and creativity!

The colour was a success! Alas, the cut was not what I was after. Unfortunately Lydia cut a bit too much off the length and didn?t put enough texture or layers in as I was after a shag style chop. I?ve given it a few weeks thinking it may look better as it grows, but I?m going to have it recut now as still not happy with it.

Had a fantastic visit to Ciscos Karma! They have extended the salon, and now have a spacious sun-filled area you enter just over the road from the town hallLydia is amazing - such a lovely person, who really listens to what you want and comes up with great suggestions. She beautifully managed my full head of highlights, and then gave me an incredible haircut. My hair had been quite damaged, and we decided to go for a shorter cut, and I love it - I walked out of the salon feeling fantastic!I love the feel of the place- very welcoming and relaxed, but you're always confident of how skilled they are, and know you're in good hands. I'm looking forward to my next visit already!

Without fail I have always had a wonderful haircut or colour at this place. Lydia is exceptional in her styling and understanding of hair. The staff are always very kind and welcoming. I love coming here to get my hair done and can?t imagine going anywhere else!!
